The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business invites applications for the position of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor of Real Estate, beginning Fall 2017.
Candidates applying for an Assistant Professor position should have (or be expected to have by Summer 2017) a Ph.D. in an area that would allow them to make a significant contribution to the field of real estate and related areas. Candidates must also demonstrate the potential for high quality research. Candidates applying for an Associate Professor position must already hold a Ph.D. and have a research record commensurate with that rank; a strong trajectory for future top-tier publications and demonstrated excellence in teaching Real Estate at the graduate and/or undergraduate level are required. Candidates applying for the Full Professor position must already hold a Ph.D. and have a research record commensurate with that rank; a well-established research record of impactful research with expectations of continued productivity and demonstrated excellence in teaching Real Estate at the graduate and/or undergraduate level are required. Periodic participation in service activities appropriate to the rank is also expected. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications. Highly qualified candidates eligible for initial appointment at the rank of Full Professor may be considered for an endowed chair.
