If not terminally degree qualified, at a minimum, a Master degree with 5 or more years of private- or public-sector work experience in service operations, supply chain and operations management or related areas is required. Candidates with a master’s degree must document exceptional accomplishments in service operations, supply chain and operations management or a related area and must be approved for a terminal degree exception before hire.
