The Department of Romance Languages at the University of Georgia (http://www.rom.uga.edu) invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track position as Lecturer in Spanish for the Professions, effective August 2018. Required: Ph.D. in Spanish or related field, native or near-native proficiency in Spanish and English, and evidence of professional development in one or more of the following areas: business, engineering, health sciences, international or legal affairs, translation, or interpretation. Teaching load: four courses per semester (8/yr.). Candidates should be dynamic language instructors prepared to teach and develop Spanish for the Professions courses to undergraduate students.
